Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at y999game's discretion following investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their own y999game account voluntarily can do so at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours.
